Recipe for Broccoli Cornbread

I had several folks ask for this recipe following our Green Fellowship. We love it and I also love that it is easy as can be!

Broccoli Cornbread

2 Boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion
1 t salt
4 eggs
1 stick melted margarine or butter
1 c grated cheese

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased skillet or casserole at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

EDITED TO ADD: I chopped the broccoli into smaller pieces and added extra cheese. Just my taste. :)

She was attempting to follo…
